We’re looking for an Associate Director, Tech System Administrator to:

• Gather and analyze the requirements of certain business functionalities with respect to single sign-on (SSO).Troubleshoot and resolve SSO setup.
• Perform thorough service review on a weekly basis for gap analysis, risk mitigation, and overall service run.
• Assist with daily handovers, guiding the team for critical issues, representing identity management (IDM) for any production incidents or issue and document priority intelligent requirements, calls, and reviews for the resolution.
• Participate in business and functional team meetings with internal and external clients to represent IDM team.
• Participate in project discussions, requirement gathering, design, and architecture reviews with business and engineering team.
• Conduct regular knowledge transfers for the team for many of the supporting applications as subject matter expert. Conduct internal trainings and sessions to update with the latest deployment and improvements.
• Participate in project meetings for providing timelines for planning, execution, and implementation for releases. Plan, manage, and organize the services availability with respect to IDM for activities such as patching, updates and major infra weekends.
• Assist with Business Continuity Management and DC isolations activities performed. Plan, coordinate, and execute tasks across teams.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Your expertise

• This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a Secops Engineer, IDA Analyst, Software Developer, or a related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:
• Authentication and Authorization including CA SiteMinder, CA Layer 7, CA API Gateway, and Strong Authentication, CyberArk/PAM, PKI Infra two factor authentication; Credentials using BYOD, API, Webservices, Transmit Security, HashiCorp, Microsoft Azure AZ 500, and Gemalto Confirm Authentication Server (CAS);
• Directory Services and Databases including LDAP, Active Directory, and MS PostgreSQL; Oracle Application Servers including Web Logic, Web Sphere 4x, 5x, IIS, and Apache Tomcat; WebSphere Scripting including HTML, Java, Unix Shell, and Perl; Python Operating Systems including UNIX, RedHat Linux, and VMWare; Networking concepts and configurations including load balancers, GTM, LTM, and Firewalls; and ServiceNow ITIL.
