Your role

Do you have proven experience in Exchange Traded Derivatives with the ability to communicate effectively across IB Operations, COO, Sales and Crews? We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to:

• provide core oversight on high-risk deliveries including Eurex Fixed Income Bonds, Ice Gilt and EU Carbon Allowance deliveries
• operate as the Clearing House Operational Industry Representative and Central Coordinator for EMEA exchanges including Eurex, Euronext, Nasdaq Financials and LME
• provide operational consultancy on new product offerings and capabilities
• be the EMEA Operational face off to internal stakeholders including Compliance, ETD Strategic Development, Clearing Sales and Client Hubs
• line manage a small team
