Your role
Are you a skilled digital marketer and strategic thinker with strong platform management acumen? Are you a problem solver who can innovate and move the business forward while adhering to regulatory and compliance needs?
We're looking for someone with these qualities who can:
• Manage a distributed social media program for financial advisors at scale, including platform management, technology integrations, training and communications, and program evolution
• Advocate for better understanding and use of social media with the goal of growing the user base and success of social media efforts across financial advisor teams, field leaders and other social media users
• Contribute to development of advanced digital lead generation applications and solutions as part of a holistic, integrated marketing and prospecting toolset for financial advisors
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns supporting business partners within Global Wealth Management to promote sophisticated financial products and solutions to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Understand the changing landscape of social media and impact of AI on the financial services industry. Perform competitive analyses of our advisor experience and be aware of regulatory changes that can be addressed in a timely manner
• With a data-driven mindset, measure impact and effectiveness of marketing initiatives and use results to drive constant improvement

• New York: the salary range for this role is $120000 to $160000

Your team
You'll be part of the Smart Technologies & Advanced Analytics Team (STAAT) within the Data Analytics Foundational Platforms organization. The STAAT Marketing team focuses on using digital marketing, technology, optimization and analytics to help create a platform advantage for financial advisors, enabling them to grow and serve their clients more effectively.
Your expertise
• Ideally 10+ years of relevant work experience in marketing roles, including leading social media programs and digital campaigns
• Prior experience with A/B testing, marketing automation, and search optimization
• Deep understanding of financial products and the wealth management landscape
• Strong project management and process design skills, with demonstrable success in handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to collaborate and partner effectively with others across a variety of organizations and working styles
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Working knowledge of project management, CMS, design and marketing automation tools
