Your role

As a Regional Sales Manager within the West Region team, you will act as a strategic partner to our 5 Markets in the West Region. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling business strategy execution, and managing front-to-back processes across the region.

You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the West to the execute strategic initiatives including integration programs, regulatory deliverables, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
increase top-line revenue growth, raise awareness, and distribute trade and product ideas, supporting point-of-sale execution
• develop and share daily and weekly sales ideas based on market trends, product strategies, and advisor/client resources
• host Monthly Advisor meetings and provide tactical ideas, sales commentary, and highlight product offerings and pipelines; Support book segmentation and reviews to bolster client acquisition and retention efforts
• understand and distribute ideas, advice on product specific areas e.g., Investment Management, Alternative Investments, Capital Markets (Equities, Fixed Income, Options, Structured Products), Insurance, Annuities
• prepare sales materials e.g., presentations, campaign content, and product updates and coordinate Advisor/Field Leader meetings, attending as needed
• handle profiling, lead identification, follow-up activity, and maintain ongoing partnership with internal strategy and analytics teams to identify campaign/focus criteria

Your team

The West Region team is a highly strategic team that is responsible for the formulation, implementation and support of the key business strategies. They are aligned on Distribution focused initiatives, and processes that impact our client’s experience. This is a diverse role spanning across Execution Sales as well as parts of Digital Platforms, covering elements of strategy, analytics, budgeting, performance monitoring, regulatory impact, F2B controls, market structure issues, tech implementation/digitization, and comprehensive understanding of the sales and client business.

Your expertise

• minimum 5 years relevant industry experience (Sales, Business Mgmt., COO, and/or consulting experience)
• understanding of Sales workflows, WM business and risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• experience with audit, regulatory engagement, and operational risk frameworks.
• ability to work independently and influence local and global senior stakeholders
• partnership approach with a high degree of collaboration
• self-motivated and passionate about the client experience, with solid presentation skills
• understanding of bank/financial services operational processes and product knowledge as big asset
• ability to identify, articulate and escalate issues / risks to your line manager timely
• proactive, critical thinker with a collaborative personality
• strong planner focused on organization and details, with no problem delivering against tight deadlines
• strong understanding of the wealth management business
• the National Sales team is geographically diverse with a concentration of tri-state area-based employees
• Series 7/66 or 7/63/65 and 9/10 required
• role may require travel to different local branch offices
