• prepare high-impact materials for board, investor, and strategic meetings.
• track deliverables, monitor progress, and anticipate needs before they arise.

Your team
You’ll support the Chief Investment Officer in New York. You will be a member of the CIO team which oversees Research, Analytics, and Portfolio Management. This position is based out of the New York office with the expectation of generally full-time in office presence.
Your expertise
• ideally 5+ years supporting senior investment leaders in asset management, private equity, or a similar environment
• impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills and judgment, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
• discretion, polish, and confidence in engaging with senior executives and high-profile contacts
• a forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
• powerful interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships both with UBS internal stakeholders and external contacts
• strong technical abilities, including strong written and verbal communication skills
• demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• ability to handle difficult situations with a high degree of diplomacy
• proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
• demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
