Are you intellectually curious, analytical and skilled at interpreting and presenting data insights? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our team within the Periodic Know-Your-Client (KYC) Reviews (PKR) function. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key aspects of client lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, control and governance and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
– Provide support to senior stakeholders by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of KYC reviews
– Assist in managing the periodic KYC reviews processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies
– Strong communication with the ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
– Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards using Excel to track progress and key performance metrics
– Manage multiple priorities, and ensure completion of deliverables in timely fashion
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives & meet strategic goals
– Be responsible for running control and governance reports, flagging and resolving any errors in daily processes, identifying and escalating risks, collaborating with senior business individuals.
– Take responsibility for appropriate escalation and coordinate resolution delivery with relevant parties
– Collaborate effectively with partner functions to enhance the process and eliminate recurring issues / exceptions

Your team
You’ll be working in the Period KYC team in London. This is a Client Lifecycle Maintenance function aligned to the Investment Bank that plays a critical role in ensuring the bank’s operations run smoothly, securely and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The team is responsible for managing core processes related to KYC and adherence to evolving financial regulations resulting in a seamless trading and client experience.
Your expertise

– the ability to identify ineffective steps in a process and drive / implement changes as required
– an innovative approach to solving day-to-day process problems and source the root cause
