Are you skilled at developing wealth management strategies? Does financial data excite you?

We’re looking for a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate to:

• assist financial advisors in client conversations, providing analytic information and aiming to understand the client’s goals.
• develop customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions for clients.
• provide support for client relationship building and business development activities.
• perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business.
• analyze and interpret portfolio performance reviews and make recommendations to financial advisors for potential change.
• actively participate with Financial Advisors in proactive client outreach in anticipating impacts on clients’ portfolio

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, you’ll play an important role as part of a highly collaborative team, Private Wealth Management Team - Panava Partners based in the Wayzata, Minnesota, which is widely recognized for its expertise and is considered one of the most desirable groups to work with in the industry due to its outstanding reputation and sought-after employment opportunities.

Your expertise

• series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on finance and business administration.
• strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of investments
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• team player and strong interpersonal skills.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Minnesota - Wayzata min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
