Your role
- Maintain and update client information in firm systems to support accurate records and client service.
- Assist with educating clients on basic account services and features, escalating questions as needed.
- Support the preparation of reports and materials for client meetings.
- Collect and process required documentation for new accounts and routine service requests.
- Assist with team marketing initiatives, including event coordination and maintaining marketing materials.
- Help maintain a shared team calendar to track meetings, deadlines, and key activities.

Your team
You'll be working within a WMA branch office in San Antonio Texas where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of high-net worth individuals and families.
Your expertise
- Series 7 and 66 licenses (willing to obtain).
- Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance.
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector.
- Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented (nothing gets past you).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
