Your role
An Investment Associate provides support to the wealth management team in the analysis and marketing of products and services, alongside client service.
- Perform investment research and analysis on investment solutions and products for the FAs.
- Manage the implementation of investment solutions with FA oversight.
- Listen to quarterly update calls for investment providers and provide a summary to the team.
- Ensure all time-sensitive work and supporting documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Provide written summaries on investment analysis and outlook for existing and prospective managers
- Prepare supporting materials and sample reports that can be used in client and potential client meetings
- Collaborate with Operations and Home Office to ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved
- Undertake administrative services to support the team
- Analyze product groups specific to individual clients circumstance and perform analysis

Your team
You'll be working as part of a Private Wealth management team in Boston.
Your expertise
ideally 2–5 years in wealth management, advisory support, or investment operations
Fully registered and operationally independent
Working knowledge of:
- Managed portfolios, mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, alternatives (at a high level)
- Risk profiles, suitability, and client objectives
Ability to:
Analyze product groupings for individual client circumstances
Perform comparative evaluations to support FA recommendations
Professional client communication:
- Clear, calm explanation of processes, requirements, and next steps
- Ability to identify client issues early and escalate appropriately
Internal relationship management:
- Coordinating closely with FAs before and after client conversations
- Confirming and documenting sales opportunities before client outreach
- Strong follow‑through on commitments and deadlines

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Massachusetts - Boston min USD 85000 - max USD 115000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
