We’re looking for a Client Service Associate to:
Client Service & Operations:
• Maintain client and account information across internal management systems
• Educate clients on account services, processes, and capabilities
• Collect and organize documentation for account openings and service requests
• Support client service workflows, CRM updates, and operational processes
• Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow up materials
Investment & Analytical Support:
• Support investment, market, and portfolio research
• Assist with analysis across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and private markets
• Help prepare client presentations and written strategy materials
• Work with financial planning tools to support cash flow, portfolio, and business owner planning
• Participate in internal meetings, diligence calls, and market briefings
Business Development & Marketing:
• Support business development initiatives, including prospect research and competitive analysis
• Plan and execute team marketing events
• Maintain and update marketing materials
• Assist with calendar management and coordination of team activities

The Dornstreich DePaul Group is a leading UBS Private Wealth Management team advising ultra high net worth families, entrepreneurs, and business owners, with a particular specialty supporting clients connected to the middle market M&A ecosystem.
We are seeking a highly motivated graduating senior for a full time Client Service Associate role upon graduation. This position is ideal for candidates who combine strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and execution skills.
Wealth management is a multidisciplinary profession that draws on financial analysis, planning, judgment, and client service. This role offers the opportunity to develop across all of those dimensions in a highly collaborative, high expectations environment.
Your expertise
• Bachelor’s degree (conferred by start date)
• Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses post hire (sponsored by UBS)
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with quantitative reasoning
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism, judgment, attention to detail, and reliability
• Evidence of initiative, intellectual curiosity, and follow through
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
