Your role
Are you organized, detail oriented, and enjoy working with clients? Do you take pride in following through and keeping things on track? We’re looking for a Client Associate to support our financial advisors and deliver an excellent client experience.
As a Client Associate, you’ll be a key part of our wealth management team—handling client communications, coordinating daily operations, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and screen incoming calls for the team
• Manage calendars, including conference calls, vacations, and client meetings
• Handle administrative and operational tasks; escalate items to the appropriate team member when needed
• Follow up to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Assist with finance related tasks, including invoices and expense reports
• Answer and manage emails in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records
• Support internal and external communications
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Your team
You’ll be working with the Sage Wealth Management Group in Northfield, NJ, supporting Financial Advisors and wealth management clients. You’ll play a critical role in supporting client interactions, keeping workflows organized, and helping the team perform at its best. This is and 'in-office' position in our Northfield NJ office.
We value collaboration, professionalism, and a positive attitude—and we enjoy working together.
Your expertise
• Administrative or office support experience in a fast paced environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive
• The associate must be willing to obtain their Series 7 and Series 66 licenses

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• New Jersey-Northfield min USD 73000 – max USD 80000/annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
